Bert terHart's Epic Journey

It was only a couple of years since Bert completed his solo non-stop circumnavigation using old traditional navigation tools, sextant, tables, not even a calculator. Now he's set about doing another journey, navigating in a like manner, following the path of the trade routes by canoe and portaging on foot. He started at the mouth of the Frazer River, BC, paddling up the river. Here is an album of his journey, posting updates as we hear from him.
