IC 10/24 - The pig lost. The rest of us were well fed and sent back to our boats.
Internet and cell service is poor at best and usually non-existent. After nine hours on the water we are docked in Oriental NC, at the Oriental Marina & Inn. Yesterday's arrival was a little confusing and one boat docked at the wrong marina. Quickly straightened out but as I said a little confusing. Today we were fixing little breakdowns that it seems all boats have. I have been put to the test working on other boats electrical and plumbing. The Sea Ghost had a small bilge pump problem, a broken wire that was quickly fixed after hand pumping out the bilge (messy). Tonight we had a shrimp boil with corn, sausages, red potatoes and shrimp.
Tomorrow we are heading out to Beaufort NC about 22 kmiles down the Intracostal. Plan is to stop there for two days but bad weather coming so we may extend a day.
