Ed and Cara picked us up at 06:30a.m. and we stuffed the remaining gear into the SUV.  Ed could not see out the back and needed to rely on the rear view mirrors.  He had lots of traffic in the beginning and then it seemed to spread out.  I had made out lunches so when it was time Tom and I ate our.  We then stopped at a Wendy’s so Ed and Cara could pick up something.  We decided that we would also buy two frosty’s.  We continued on our drive and decided to we would drive and stay near the BWI airport.  This would put us past the traffic in both D.C. and Baltimore making it door an easier drive on Wed. morning.

We stayed at the Courtyard Marriott arriving around 9:40 p.m. after Ed drove 1000 miles - way to go Ed.  We brought in the liquor so Tom and Ed enjoyed a few glasses of Crown Water and water, purchased a split of red wine for Cara while I just had a Diet Pepsi.  We went to Ed and Cara.s room where each enjoyed 2 pieces each of Papa Johns pizza, had some conversation and then went to our respective rooms for sleep.
