Coppermine Creek
09 June 2007
Why is it that when you want to sail you have to motor and when you want to motor the winds are favourable. Well today was one of those, we moved 10 nm further down towards King Sound to Coppermine Creek, I planned on motoring to cool some beers and recharge all the batteries, but the wind was perfect so we sailed the whole way, warm beer. We arrived early and took to the inflatable for a look at some rock oysters on the banks, thankfully there were heaps. That evening we caught a cobia and the obligatory shark but released both, the cobia was too big to keep. Relaxing evening.
