Day 18, 8/15–Day at Lexington

15 August 2019 | Lexington
Doug Lauzon | Clouds and sun, cool, and breezy
A second day of rest in Lexington was a welcomed feeling today. After seeing Mike and Mary Lou arrive, we met in town during our walk as they were touring on their bikes. We shared some time aboard their 45' Ocean Yacht sport fish for a drink before dinner at The Wind Jammer--as well as a night cap after. He was a great boat broker for us, and now great friends.
Tomorrow we will depart and head for home port. It will be an appreciated return with some warmer weather in store for the weekend. Our run time should only be about three hours.
