Swinging in the Rain

Cloudy with a chance of nakedness

An eventful week: three finals at SMA for me, and two for Dorothy. I'd considered embracing my "auditing" status in my SMA classes and skipping the finals, but Dorothy gave me grief, and what the heck...
Our good friend Mac is here from Australia to keep us company aboard DavidEllis this summer. We've known Mac since 1982; visited back and forth between here and Australia and stayed in touch. We are so pleased to have this time with him. Rusty seems to like him too.
For several years now, there's been a Summer Solstice Parade in the Fremont district of Seattle, just down the road from where we're located in Ballard. The defining event of the parade is / are the naked bicycle riders - hundreds of men and women wearing only body paint, silly hats and a smile. This year was in the rain, but it seems not to dissuade the participants. Mac had to be restrained from joining the parade. Rusty didn't get what the big deal was.
One of our classmates at SMA was married Saturday night. Curt and Kelly had this great, fun, pirate-themed wedding... but no one was naked.
Pissing down rain today Sunday, but a boatload of friends aboard DE.
