Seas:3 M, and have also shifted to NE, bringing them more onto our port beam; thank goodness for the para-vane stabilizers
Clouds:40% scattered cumulus
Summary: 296nm to Majuro.
As noted in the weather report above, wind and seas have shifted to the NE, while our COG remains 090. less pounding straight into it;
but more rolley as the swells come onto our beam; the p-vanes are earning their keep. At this rate of SOG, we will arrive off Majuro
late Friday night or Saturday morning local ( ZD -11 ) time. Wade was talking to someone on the Majuro net this morning who said getting
into the atoll was no biggy at night, but I suspect we will wait for daylight anyway.
We are now running along just south of the Marshall Islands group (of which Majuro is part), which includes Kwajalein, Enewetak and Bikini.
Lots of history here. Yesterday our chart plotter was showing a message "Hazardous Missle Operations". So along with typhoons, scurvy and kraken,
we now have to worry about ICBMs also.
