The " CHINA ROSE"

Hey there,
I have ax100 lb American bull dog. Trying to think of the best method to get him on and off the boat while on the hook.
Any and all ideas are greatly appreciated. Leaving him would have heart broken.

Waiting on close of land that's the 18th. Of Aug on the 29th China Rose closes. That gives me several days in limbo.
