After coming back from Germany we did a few projects on the boat. First we closed in the holes from the useless bow thruster to reduce drag and make it easier for cleaning, then we put new bottom paint on, took the stuffing box apart, pulled the shaft, cleaned the prop, installed a new raw water strainer and a bunch of other small jobs.
Got almost hit by Tropical Depression Henrietta, which made landfall about 15 km south of us. We saw winds up to 40 kn and lots of rain in a couple of hours. But no harm done, we actually enjoyed the rain and cooler temperatures.
