As we leave Hobe Sound , traffic on the water is increasing, as we enter Lake Worth, still motoring (wind out of the south on the nose). We arrive early to
Lake worth, and pass the weekend revelers at Peanut Island. Water is shallow the tide is out and the channel is narrow, and it is definitley a no wake zone. We finally arrive at the outlet to the ocan at Lake Worth. We take a side trip to the opening, tide still going out with wind and waves coming in, Dianne and I decide maybe to wait for a better window. The next two days we wait at Lake Worth. Robyn and Micheal aboard Estrellita show up in the anchorage. They beleive as We do there is a window the next day to cross the Gulf Stream. We head out at 4:30 aM while they decide to leave at first light.......
