It's the weekend again - made it through another week with only a little over a week to go. Last night we stayed at Pirate's Cove Resort and Marina and enjoyed a lovely dinner in the resort's dining room. We can also take advantage of the hotel's wi fi system to update the blog and check email. The kids have gone on a day trip to Busch Gardens and won't be back until this evening - so no cooking required today, just grocery shopping for tomorrow's meals.
