At Sam's Palau

It is Happy Hour at Sam's. We've had many happy hours since arriving in Palau. John is sipping cider and me a"Sea Breeze', vodka with cranberry and pineapple juice. I am conscious of my vitamin C intake. Tonight's supper is Tuna burger for John and tuna sashimi for me. Yum!
Today has been busy with boat maintenance (John) and me cleaning the hull. The hull was relatively clean of barnacles and slime despite the tropical sailing. Any excuse to go swimming. Today has been sunny and hot. Yesterday we took ourselves to the Coral Centre and Aquarium. It is a simple arrangement of outdoor ponds each with one glass wall displaying the corals, seagrasses, fish and shell life of Palau. The seawater is pumped into the ponds and returned to sea. A simple and effective method.
Tomorrow we plan to go snorkeling somewhere. I would imagine that most places are all good viewing. Looking forward to it.
Will let you know how the day goes. Ginni and John
