Steve
Well the day has come. Yes, the fuel tank has been repaired, I finally received my Green card from Mexico, the new batteries arrived yesterday and we are ready to hit the road. I currently have a nice couple, Stan & Judy from Canada crewing. Stan and Judy arrived in mid Febuary and I'm sure are as ready as I am to leave....as Stan calls it, Wally World for adults, AKA Paradise Village.
The current plan is to leave Paradise Village today around noon and sail over to La Cruz to top off our fuel. From La Cruz we will sail directly to San Jose Cabo, a distance of about 280 nautical miles, this should take us about 2.5 days. This leg will be pretty much open ocean all the way. Since we won't have internet I won't be blogging until we get to Cabo, which should be early Saturday. Any of my Facebook friends can watch our progress with our Spot locator. As usual all of the above is subject to change.
God Bless.
