Some of you may already know but we decided to leave Akeeva the cat at home. He came down to San Diego with us but we felt it would be best for his safety to stay home. Six people and a cat on the boat would be pretty crowded. Besides, he really loves his Aunt Patt so he won't be missing us at all. We will visit him when we make a trip home in March.

We will miss him but this was the best decision for him.
