RUSS'S BIRTHDAY. I gave him his presents well all except one on the eve of his birthday. So today he woke up to some liquor chocolates (dark of course). He decided that today he wanted to go to the gold zone and do our Christmas shopping. He is to pick out what he wants and I to pick out what I want. So after making the skype calls to home we headed out. Caught the bus and went shopping with the fur kids in packs on our chests. Russ got this really cool mask that is made by nidart and I got a slider (jewelry) that would go on my silver chain.
We got back just in time to get ready to go to birthday dinner with Dave & Marcia on Juniata and Bob & Sue on Fugue. The restaurant is "The Fat Fish" which serves steak, ribs, shrimp and the price is two dinners for a price of 160 pesos. This is about 15.00USD. Not to bad for a rack that hung off the plate that included a salad and baked potato. The also have a 2x1 special on drinks from 5pm to 6pm. Dave and Marcia gave Russ a copy of the Sail Rite Sewing Machine Maintenance DVD. Wow, this is a perfect gift, so Russ can now stop fighting with the machine to get it to sew correctly.
