We heard rumors of a "cruiser bar" at Nosy Mitsio but it was not to be. Frances gave us a run down of the island and showed us how to get to the other side. Even though he worked at the resort, it was closed. He was here to get it ready to open in a week when they have their first guests for the season. We walked through the island, through the villages, seeing how poor some of these islanders really are. But they seemed happy. It was interesting to see the village side of life in Madagascar.
