Carolyn’s Birthday evening was spent on board with a long Tapas style menu – Bread & Olives with Bollinger Champagne (courtesy of Alan)/ Asparagus with Balsamic Vinegar/Chicken and Roasted Sweet Potatoes/Mini Beef Burgers and salad/Local cheeses. There were a few bottles of Portuguese ‘Vinho Tinto’ to help it go down and we went to bed around 2.00pm.

Wednesday was a slow day with a late start unsurprisingly, we washed the boat, Chris did the navigation planning for the next few trips.
