Well, here it is, almost fall again. While our life on land has kept us busy, our thoughts and plans are increasingly directed to Our Next Boat, the one that will take us offshore for years, the return to the life of cruising sailors. We loved it for 18 months, years ago, and have thought about it and dreamed of it and planned for it since then. We will home school to be able to do this, and what a childhood gift it will be... but until then we are enjoying living here, the Sound, the mountains, all of it.
