Judging by the noon reports, Lancelot must have finished by now and we'd like to be amongst the first to congratulate them. Well done guy's, we enjoyed the past few days cat and mouse.

Back on HM the wind has deserted us again. We are chasing the wind with Big White but its just not giving us what we need. Hopefully it will fill in later this afternoon.

With the calm conditions I decided to go up the mast and fix the deck/down light. This was achieved which was a small win, and right now we'll take all we can get.

Funny old world, here we are hoping for clouds and rain, 'cos they bring wind. Most people back home right now would love just jogging along gently under sail in the sunshine, but here we would trade sun for wind in a heartbeat.

Its another scorcher, about 33C and now where to hide. Now the wind has gone we are having to run the engine again to recharge the batteries. The peace over the past few days was nice.
