This bulk carrier arrived, tied up alongside the dredger and proceeded to dump ballast into the water that turned it from crystal clear to milky opaque. It was here for a day and I was quite disturbed at the change of water clarity. Fortunately, it cleared quickly and normal service was resumed!!!!!
