Of course, we just HAD to hire a pedalo. But not just any old pedalo. This was a Volkswagen Beetle pedalo !!!
We had been mooching about looking for wildlife but saw nothing for the whole hour until we took the pedalo back and I saw one terrapin amongst a load
of weed!!! I imagine the swimmers, kyacks, pedalos and paddle boards keep them in hiding until everyone has gone home. Can't say i blame them!
