The rubbish that was left behind was shocking. The fishing net did a relatively good job of preventing plastic and paper being blown into the sea but to my disgust didn't stop all of it as the water around Stiletto was littered with plastic water bottles, beer cans and disposable cutlery, all of which would eventually finish up on the town beach.
To me, the simplest answer was that everyone scooped up their rubbish and placed it in bins at the exit. Too easy I guess. Instead, it remained being blown around until the next day when it was eventually cleared up.

Porto Khelli is a favourite anchorage. It is close to Aunt Koula as well as being a very big and very sheltered bay. Just 12 miles from Kiladhia, its perfect for a short visit. On this occasion, we anchored close to the new marina and Andreas was very taken with this old classic superyacht. We really do need to win the lottery !!?
