Dain got the best Father's Day present today... our engine is running, we are in forward gear and making 6 kts, heading straight for San Diego. We will have a couple more days of this, but it sure feels good to be making progress in a straight line! Did you know it's possible to get sea sick in calm water after being in rough water for days? I guess it's like being on land after being on the water... poor Ava didn't think it was so interesting. We enjoyed some gourmet boat soup with diced jicama, carrots, quinoa, rice, and beans for lunch and made a pan of chocolate brownies! They were tall on one side and short on the other, I think we need to oil the oven gimbals. :) Hope all is well at home, Happy Father's Day!
