Along with friends, David and Cindy, we booked a three tank dive day aboard an Amigos Del Mar boat to Turneffe Atoll. Now it was some spectacular diving and we all saw lots of new species to write in our logs, but undoubtedly the highlight ocurred between the first and second dives. While underway the captain caught sight of a pod of dolphins and began doing large circles with the boat so the dolphin would follow it. The dive masters told everyone to don snorkels and fins and jump in. For about 30 minutes the dolphins stayed with us, an experience of a lifetime!
