Wednesday- One Month Turned to Two

Well we had expected to stay in Florida about a month and it´s been two but so par for the course, leaving today from St. Augustine, FL for Charleston, SC. Had nice sailing conditions most of the way save for a squall the second afternoon which caused us to drop the sails because ot was so strong. Saw a very large Loggerhead turtle swimming nearby. Anchored just inside the cut about about 10 pm the second night, unfortunately the hook didn´t stick and we had an anchor drill halfway through dinner in a rainstorm, not how we normally like to settle into a new spot!

| Extra: | We started cruising full time in November of 2007. It was a rough start with lots of adjustments but after about 2 years we got our "sea legs" for the lifestyle. It´s hard now to imagine any other home than being in Sunbow on the water. |
