We are anchored in a small curve inside the atoll about 200 yards off shore in 40 feet of water; you can see the coral heads in the sand on the bottom. The atoll is only a few hundred yards wide at this point and we can hear the surf from the outside but it is completely still where we are, no swell and just a light breeze.

Several people have sent us notes about how spectacular the Goggle Earth photos are of our locations. To see them do the following: Click on the chart and in the lower left corner you will see the Goggle Earth logo; click on this and SAVE the file it creates to your desktop. Then click on the file logo (you have to have GE installed....it's free and available from the web, and very cool). Goggle earth will open and show our location...just zoom in if you want to see what the neighborhood looks like. No, you won't see Surprise...they don't take new photos every time we move; besides, then we would have to wear bathing suits.

We'll continue north to the main village on this atoll and pick up some provisions and sightsee on Monday; rumor has it that there is also a restaurant.
