Tapping one's foot in La Paz hasn't actually been so great, not as great as tapping one's foot in Emeryville. It's not the idyllic location that you've been brought to think.

Japanese Sushi (OK, granted, the Sushi Chefs aren't actually Japanese) :D
Access to boating facilities, chandleries
Quality goods, groceries, produce in particular
Did I mention Family?
La Paz:
Sushi - bears no resemblance to :Sushi:, and may as well be served with rice, beans and tortillas. e.g. salmon nigiri w/ smoked salmon
Waiting on boat parts deliveries
20 yr old dilapidated and unfinished infrastructure
