First Dive in over a year!

Yesterday we had our first dive in almost two years. It was a good dive and an interesting one. Kim found 2 separate pipefish. We are continuously impressed by the Pacific fish species. Many look familiar but the colors are all wrong. Getting to learn these fish is going to take some time and study. Also, played with our new Gopro camera underwater yesterday. Very convenient for a quickie dive and the video is good.(as you will see in our New Video library on our blog.)
At the end of the dive, right as Kim was climbing in to the dinghy, a 6+- foot black tip reef shark showed up. Initially made a pass at me, but turned off about 3 feet away and continued on down the reef.
The atoll here is very beautiful, and comfortable with flat water and nice breezes. We plan to sail to the other end of the atoll. Maybe a dive, or just head for Kauehi next up the chain.
