We are happy to report that the gremlins are at bay... though not altogether gone. There's one sniffing around in the head and another opportunistic little bugger trying to take advantage of an old leak in the dinghy. But we're onto them and I don't think they'll make much more progress.
The other good news is that we did, in fact, finally get out of Port Vila for good on June 19 and have had some wonderful underwater, village, and cultural experiences since then. We've been moving faster than we normally like to move (just dropped the hook in our 5th anchorage since leaving Vila) but our visa clock is ticking and we can't afford to dally very long in any one place. That pace has kept us pretty busy so the blog has been neglected, but as soon as we get to Vanuatu's other big "city," Luganville, our next stop, I'll get more posted, including some photos.
Stay tuned. More to come.
