Escapade's First Yellowfin Tuna!

Well it has been a long time coming but finally we have landed our first Yellowfin Tuna aboard Escapade. Although just a schoolie weighing in at about 8-10lbs and not like the 80-100 pounders we got used to on Indigo, it is a start!

Based on the condiments aboard Escapade at the moment as well as what the veggie drawer has on offer, I predict this will become seared ahi stir fry!
