Pictured is our new 45lb Mansion Supreme cruising anchor which Bunny recently surprised me with for our 38th anniversary! With this anchor we will be able to sleep well when cruising-nothing better than a good nights sleep! What a great gift!
We are rapidly approaching RETIREMENT DAY, me August 21,& Bunny July 21. The best part however is that by using up our accumulated vacation days my last day of work is May 19th & Bunny is not far behind!
We are making slow but steady progress in divesting almost everything we have accumulated over 38 years & selling our house, all in preparation for "cutting the lines" and moving aboard Avalon as full time cruisers. Our hopes and dreams are coming true!
With the approaching spring & good weather even our Captain Muttley is getting antsy-just the question "do you want to go to the boat" brings a howling response!
