July 4th

Teri and Lee | Cold, windy, rainy
We had a great 4th of July weekend. We arrived July 1st and picked up a mooring at the Boston Waterboat Marina. The moorings were located directly off of the Long Wharf - very centrally located in downtown Boston. Over the course of the weekend we:
1. Toured Boston using the hop on hop off bus
2. Visited the USS Constitution Museum and we boarded the ship itself - well worth the visit
3. Visited with new and old friends- Zoe and Christian, and Bobbie and Michael
4. Ate at fantastic restaurants: Gourmet Dumplings in Chinatown, Giacomo in Little Italy, and James Hook for lobster rolls.
5. Enjoyed adult beverages at The Black Rose, Ned Devine, The Green Dragon, Granary Tavern
6. We watched the spectacular fireworks display hosted by the Boston Harborfest on July 3rd right from our boat
7. Watched the USS Constitution sail past our boats in the mooring field.
8. Cannolis at Moderns bakery.
Happy Independence Day!
