Let the Cruising Begin

We arrived in Cabo at 6AM to a nice sunrise at the arch. During the VHF checkin we learned that there was an alternative to waiting 5 hours in the immigration line. Pay Victor (the local paperwork agent) 75 dollars to handle it all while we sit in the bar and drink. I think it was well worth it. The Baha Ha Ha party was at the beach bar next to a spring break party. Why aren't these kids in school? We didn't win anything (we didn't even turn in our times). We got to talk to lots of new friends as well as some we know from Seattle. Mike and Mary from Shilshole are happy to be in Cabo after fighting a temperamental engine and then a broken boom. At least they have a good attitude and will get things fixed soon. Phil and Debbie have been smoking cigars and drinking tequila so they will be passed out soon. Lani helped me troubleshoot the waterrmaker so we can take showers (that's important in this heat). The next few days are planned as play days watching the Seahawks at the bar and being bums (my new career).
