Today was a transition day onboard Interlude. Karen & Bud left the boat late this morning and are now settled in a nice apartment overlooking the harbor. Tyler has been sleeping on the bottom bunk in the pullman cabin and is now happily settled back into his more spacious forward cabin. Chris spent much of the day doing laundry and cleaning while I caught up on paying bills, doing boat projects and mapping out a rough travel plan for our next 30 days. I felt a bit guilty about the fact that we barely ventured off the boat, but all of us needed time for other things today. We'll rent a car to explore the island tomorrow before meeting up with Karen & Bud for dinner. They will be staying on Milos until the middle of next week while we head to Santorini for a few days before heading back to Paros to pick up the dinghy. Then it's east towards Turkey where we will spend about 10 days cruising near Bodrum before leaving Interlude so we can visit Istanbul.
