Today the marina hosted a Christmas party for its patrons. They supplied appetizers, beer, wine and egg nog. We went for a couple of hours enjoyed the Christmas music and had a good laugh when Sam (marina manager) appeared dressed as an elf. Unfortunately my picture of him didn’t turn out too well. He was moving, perhaps he didn’t want any visual evidence to remain. I sure hope they pay the guy well.
Our gifts are wrapped, our dinner fixings purchase and we are ready for a visit from Santa. Tomorrow we plan on spending a quiet day just the two of us on Light Reach. We’ll be in touch with family and friends via phone and text. Wishing all of you the best of Christmas and that you get to spend it with those you care for most.
