Sanding the Bottom

22 October 2019 | Indiantown
Sally | Stinky Hot
Up bright and early, armed with all the necessities for sanding the bottom we headed to Indiantown. We were going to use our sander on the bottom but that Idea was nixed by Robert. Even with a small vacumn on it, we would generate too much dust in the yard. The dust is toxic, hence the ground cover and the bunny suits and respirators you wear while sanding. Scott reluctantly went to the yard office and rented two sanders . I was taking port he was on starboard. The day was promising to be a warm one so we got to the task before the sun got much higher. We had the luck of getting a spot under one of the few tress in the yard which was offering us some shade. The job went remarkably faster than we had thought it would and we were able to get her prepped in one day.

The picture gives you a good view of our work yard set up.
