Glasses Overboard!

Not the best of days. The solar panel got disconnected overnight -- still haven't found a decent deck connector for it. At 1300, I got annoyed at Beryl for reading Lord of the Rings during our "English class" so I snatched the paperback from her, in the process, her glasses from Barcelona went overboard. Beryl was a little unhappy about it; Robin was really upset.

We had mostl light southwest winds today -- making good, but not great progress towards Bermuda. We can no longer think about arriving Sunday or Monday.

The hawk (or maybe a different one?) returned at dusk, again tried to perch on our rigging, and again flew off.
