Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away

Donna
We didn't leave. While the forecast winds are highly favorable with direction and intensity, squalls were also forecast with up to 10-foot seas and wind gusts up to 40 kts in the squalls. We've sailed in that kind of weather before and know we and the boat can handle it. But, sriously, would you deliberately go into those kinds of potential conditions? No, neither would we. Plus, the forecast for Friday all over the area is pretty yucky, so, we'll wait here and check again after the norther blows through. Maybe Tuesday. All is well.
