Halfway through the big crossing

Last night we made it to the halfway point on our 3000nm crossing from Galapagos to the Marquesas. This is the longest blue water passage we'll probably make on our sailing. We've been 9 days at sea; if the winds hold up we should make landfall in Hiva Oa 18-20 days.
Yesterday, we spent much of the day disassembling and cleaning 2 of our winches. This was Dana's first winch, and while Mark had serviced several of the winches before he was working on one of our big electrical genoa winches which are the most complex on our boat. Today, we get to try to put the winches back together...
