20 Veggie Burgers

I made 20 homemade veggie burgers for the 1st time in 5 years and put them in our FREEZER! It's so great to have a FREEZER, and a FRIDGE for that matter - one that works too! Now that I think about it I think the house refrigerator cost less money than the fridge on the boat, too - go figure. Scott says my veggie burgers are better than regular hamburgers - now that is a compliment! There is also a gallon of homemade applesauce in our freeezer too - yum. Scott picked the apples at Jack & Luella's farm in Illinois and drove them back here! Cousin Jane even blessed our new house with an apple corer and slicer to make the applesauce process go faster!

Not that buying appliances and things for the house has been all smooth and easy but at least we have a phone book full of people who can fix things, friends to recommend said people and the stores close by to return things too. Nothing on the boat had any of those options!
