Wasting away in Margaritaville

We're not wasting away but we're wasting away the time until we leave to head up north for three weeks. With the holidays over and the guests departed we find ourselves getting back into our daily routines. We awake about 6:45 snuggle and chat for 15 minutes or so then up and at it. I make the bed while Scott makes the coffee. During our snuggle time we've likely discussed what we are going to do or hope to do for the day. Currently my goal is focused on us eating up all the fresh foods before we leave on Sunday.
Yesterday we met up with Larry and Kimmy Moore who we initially met in Oxnard. They were about a month behind us arriving to Mexico and we recently discovered they were in La Paz. We caught up with them only to find they were on their way out heading to the islands then down to Mazatlan. They waited a day so we could get together again for dinner. Meeting up with old friends and saying good by is the bittersweet part of this cruising life.
We are spending time each day doing some forensic accounting getting ready to meet with our accountant while back home in January. I did a good job keeping up the books up until we left for Mexico and now I have to go back for the last two months of the year and pick things up. I have some work for a closing and construction draws I'm spending some time on and between this we are going for our long walks and hikes each day.
Sunday we are taking the bus to San Jose del Cabo to spend one night at our timeshare there before flying out on Monday. If all goes well we'll arrive at SeaTac around 8pm and Mike will pick us up. We are excited to have 3 weeks up there and hope to get around to see all our family and friends.
As an update on our onboard reservation system, we are now accepting reservations for the fall with the spring being completely booked solid!
