One week here in San Francisco, how time flies. We have had a great time seeing the sights. We set out on foot around 9:30 in the morning and don't arrive back until 3:30 in the afternoon. We've covered as much as 10 miles in a day.

Our goal for San Francisco was to fix what broke, rest and enjoy the town and if possible have our youngest daughter join us for a few days. We were very lucky in that the only things that broke were our courtesy flag halyard and a leaky fresh water system water pump. Without a store to sell marine grade line here we have replaced the water pump and are spending our days wondering the streets and many exhibits here. Becca our youngest daughter arrived yesterday and we will spend until Thursday experiencing this wonderful city through her eyes.

Friday we plan to head over to Angel Island for a couple of days. Angel Island is an island right here within the Bay and is a state park. The side of the island that has the moorings should be protected from the winds that howl consistently here. We are craving warmer weather and so we shall push on further south after our Angel Island stay with the next stop Santa Cruz.
