Journey left at about noon today. We enjoyed visiting with John and Jerry and hope we see them again this summer. It could easily happen. In the small world department, Jerry used to work at HP in Vancouver and knew Blake Wakefield (or new of him). She was in marketing there.

It seems like we've been here a long time, but it has only been a couple of days. Tomorrow morning we'll do our shopping and then head out. I think we'll go to Gorge Harbour on Cortes Island. It sounds pretty, and it's on the way to Campbell River.

John is trying to order another new shut-off solenoid to pick up in Campbell River. I know it annoys him to have to be fixing things all the time, but that seems to be the way it is with boats.
