M�rzen gets to come home this afternoon. We have an appointment to pick her up and talk with the doctor at 12:30. Hurray!

Thursday evening John's Aunt Phyllis came to pick up Tom, and they took us out to dinner. Phyllis used to live in Oxnard on one of the canals very near where we're docked. It was fun to hear her stories about sailing in the Channel Islands. They really had some adventures.

Kevin's on his way to pick up John and take him to the USC v Stanford game. Because it will be a late night tonight and we'll need to leave early to make the run to Marina Del Rey (our next stop), we've decided to stay yet one more day here. Except for a big, cold wind storm yesterday, this has been a very pleasant harbor.
