Today we had 67miles to go we got up at 3:30am got the boat ready and left at 4am. Full moon good visibility and we had hoped to average 5kts but alas it was not to be. The engine periodically was starved for fuel and RPM'sdrop and it is all I can do to keep it running. In the end we limped into the anchorage at 6:45pm minutes before sunset to get the anchor down.
We planned to clean the bottom tomorrow but the visibility looks dim and there have been miles of jelly fish so we will see what daylight brings.
We plan to go into a marina once again to make repairs. Readers will remember we went into SanBlas marina to repair the main furler. Tomorrow or Sat we will sample Marina Ixtapa to replace fuel filters.
