Today, Saturday we began our trip to Guatemala. We took the TIKA bus from San Salvador to Guatemala City. The bus was an hour late but A/C and large reclining seats and movie in English! for $18.
We are now in the bus terminal hotel for the night and will shuttle to Antiqua for tomorrow. We don't have reservations but we will figure it out as we go.
School starts Monday en espanol.
Our boat is on the mooring ball in the Estuary back in El Salvador. We closed it all up and will be back in 3 weeks. The solar panels should keep the batteries topped off.
The pix is of the shower head in the terminal hotel room we upgraded to the executive room with private bath. My inspector buddies should love the bare wires to the insta hot shower head!
