Last stop in Costa Rica

RAIN
First, check the updated positon if you are following along in Google Earth we are now on a mooring ball at Land and Sea in Golfito more about that later.
There is a post done over SSB that my illustrious editor has not posted.
Andrew with his latest promotion is apparently traveling and not had time to post so "Drake bay" our last stop may come later. When I post over the radio I am only on for a very short period so I prepare an outgoing email which it sends and then I receive what may be in the inbox, so I didnt learn he "was out of office" until after the fact, never the less we were in Drake Bay for 3 days and then an overnight to our last stop in Costa Rica Golfito.
We had a glorious sail until about midnight when Connie began her watch and she got buckets of rain. Tropical rain is an animal unto itself and must be experienced to be believed. We lived in the tropics years ago, but it was over 20years ago. This rain is so hard you have to divert your head to breathe.
The picture is Connie in front of a bamboo grove in Drake Bay This bamboo is the diameter of your leg! and it grows 50ft tall.
We plan to stay in Golfito to get propane, re fuel and some groceries and possibly some inland travel. Stay tuned we are not sure, which is a permanent state of mind for cruisers. There are three boats from El Salvador rally here but the owners are inland traveling. Windfall, SOMF, and La Libertad.
