Raining
I thought I would try to post another pix while we have internet and are waiting weather to leave for our crossing.
Each village makes Kuna Bread. There seems to be very little variety it is a bread stick type of bread for ten cents each. 10 for a buck.
This women had the oven so she is the village baker. In the East Lemons the baker blow a conch shell when the new batch is ready and then it becomes dinghy racing to get some while it is hot. We were also offered, lobster, crab, fish and octopus almost daily. We had a nice trigger fish and got two nice size filets that Steve cut for us. Steve is a fisherman from Bonny Lake that was staying on Kokomo. We also got a lesson in cleaning lobster, and Octopus from Mike on Respite. Thanks guys the lessons are much appreciated.
