Waiting!. Connie and I arrived at 7am just after sunrise in the El Cid Marina.
Very friendly staff and dock mates but we dont know much more since we arent allowed off the boat until the check in process is complete.
Customs inspector has come and gone. Agriculture has come looking for beef (still afraid of mad cow I guess) and gone and now we wait for the official ok. People have come twice more from the office for us to sign some additional document. We are still waiting. You can see how Connie waits. No I am not complaining I am using the agent at the marina so we simply wait at the boat in comfort rather than traipse all over using taxi's , doing what Paul on SV Jeorgia calls the treasure hunt, today we simply wait for all the paper work to be complete and we can move around the country. No treasure hunt for us today simply wait and the paperwork comes to us.
Not bad for the first (official ) day in Mexico.
