Energy...if I had any left I would tell more of the story tonight...but going aground as we were entering the Barra Lagoon anchorage just about took the last ounce of strength out of my tired body. Running aground in the Barra lagoon mud puddle isn't high drama, and having done it before there was no need to panic. With a little help of a passerby dingy and a lot of help from all 120 horses under our floor boards along with a little black smoke, we were off.

The 4 night, 5 day trip was one of our best passages ever in terms of sailing. The motor only helped us along for 30% of our time at sea with the other 70% being wind powered. We even cracked out a 141 mile, 24 hour run, which for a boat our size and this taco-cart-trained-crew, is something we are pretty proud to have pulled off.

Tomorrow I'll find the energy to give a more detailed account of the fun, excitement, and barfing, but for now we will be thoroughly enjoying a full night sleep uninterrupted by night watches, sail changes, and the screams of "Fish on".
